Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. This is a legally binding agreement between you and Dyizan Academy.
Description of Service
Dyizan Academy is an ed-tech platform providing self-paced learning programs. The Service includes:
- User registration and account creation.
- Access to web-based learning platform upon payment.
- Issuance of certificate upon program completion and final payment.
User Registration
To use our Service, you must register. You agree to:
Accuracy
Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Security
Maintain the security of your password.
Responsibility
Accept all risks of unauthorized access.
Eligibility
Be at least 15 years of age.
Fees and Payment
Dyizan Academy follows a strict two-stage payment model:
- 1. Registration Fee (Non-Refundable): For enrollment.
- 2. Completion Fee (Non-Refundable): For certification.
User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Upload unlawful or fraudulent content.
- Share your account access.
- Resell course materials.
- Engage in academic dishonesty.
Certification
A certificate will be issued only after successful completion of all requirements and clearance of all outstanding fees.
