2. Description of Service

Dyizan Academy is an ed-tech platform that provides individual learners and students with self-paced learning programs in various domains. The Service includes user registration, access to a web-based learning platform upon payment of a nominal fee, and the issuance of a certificate upon program completion and payment of a final completion fee.


3. User Registration

To use our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification.
  • Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
  • Be at least 15 years of age to use this Service.

4. Fees and Payment

Dyizan Academy follows a two-stage payment model:

  • Registration Fee: A nominal, non-refundable fee is required to enroll in a program and gain access to the learning platform.
  • Completion Fee: A final fee is required upon successful completion of the program to claim your official certification.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store or collect your payment card details.


5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent.
  • Share your account access with any third party.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any part of the Service or course materials without our express written permission.
  • Engage in any form of academic dishonesty.

6. Certification

A certificate of completion will be issued to you only after you have successfully completed all requirements of your chosen program and have cleared all outstanding fees, including the final completion fee.


7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.


8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
