At Dyizan Academy, we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our programs.
Registration Fee
Phase 1: Enrollment
Non-Refundable
To enroll in any program, students pay a nominal, one-time registration fee.
This fee is strictly non-refundable. It covers the administrative costs of setting up your account, securing your spot in the cohort, and granting initial access to our web-based learning platform.
Final Completion Fee
Phase 2: Certification
Non-Refundable upon IssueUpon successfully finishing all progress work and projects, a final completion fee is required to claim your official certificate.
- This fee covers the verification and blockchain issuance of credentials.
- Once paid and certificate is issued, it is non-refundable.
- If you choose not to pay this, no certificate is issued, but previous fees remain non-refundable.
Cancellation by Dyizan
100% Refund Guarantee
In the unlikely event that Dyizan Academy has to cancel a program, we will refund 100% of all fees paid by the student for that specific program, including the registration fee.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds outside of this policy will be considered only under severe and documented medical emergencies.
