Overview
At Dyizan Academy, we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our programs.
1. Registration Fee
To enroll in any program at Dyizan Academy, students are required to pay a nominal, one-time registration fee.
This registration fee is strictly non-refundable. It covers the administrative costs of setting up your account, securing your spot in the program, and granting initial access to our web-based learning platform and resources.
2. Final Completion Fee
Upon successfully finishing all the progess work and projects in your chosen program, a final completion fee is required to claim your official certificate.
This fee is for the issuance and verification of your credentials. Once this fee is paid and the certificate is issued, it is also non-refundable. If a student completes the program but chooses not to pay the final completion fee, they will not receive their certificate, but no refund for the initial registration fee will be issued.
3. Program Cancellation by Dyizan Academy
In the unlikely event that Dyizan Academy has to cancel a program, we will refund 100% of all fees paid by the student for that specific program, including the registration fee.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds outside of this policy will be considered only under severe and documented medical emergencies. Such requests must be submitted to our support team and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The decision of Dyizan Academy in such matters will be final.
